RS Recruitment Services is assisting an international HOTEL GROUP to recruit a
MARKETING MANAGER to be based on the KZN NORTH COAST.

Purpose of the position: To effectively manage the marketing of the hotel and gaming facilities, formulate and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with the overall complex and business strategy.

Applicants should be/have the following:
Generic marketing related degree or diploma.
4 to 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role in the gaming industry.
In-depth understanding of both above and below the line marketing

Duties and Responsibilities – but not limited to:
Compiling and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to increase revenue.
Managing the budget and finances for the marketing department.
Managing the marketing team in terms of workflow and performance.
Training of the marketing team.
Assisting with unions and union related matters.

Remuneration:
Highly negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Medical aid and provident fund.
13th cheque/bonus, usually in December.
