Our client in Fragrances Client is looking for a Marketing Manager from the Fragrance Industry (A MUST).. You will offer marketing service to clients, sales, marketing, and fragrance development department, local and international. Sharing market knowledge, new ideas, innovations etc.

Salary Very Negotiable – This is a Equity Position EE Position ONLY

Min Requirement

Marketing degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

3 – 5 +years’ experience in marketing in a fragrance Personal & Home Care) / product environment – A MUST

5 years marketing management experience from a product prospective

Job Requirements

Creation of market reviews, concepts and gap analysis for our clients

Presentation to clients with impact

Management of the Trainees and Junior Marketers of the African region

Analysis of the local and global product and consumer trends

Administration of the Marketing database and product library

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Manage three Marketers

Creating of market review for the leaders of the personal care and home care markets in Africa

Monitoring the new product launches and trends of the region

Elaborating concepts and recommendations for our clients
