Marketing Officer - East London

Clover’s corporate strategy is to build onto existing competencies within the Group and to establish a culture of exceptional performance with a view to set a platform for future market expansion.


Responsibilities include:

Planning and executing of tactical marketing activities. This includes promotions, event scheduling, set ups, cost management and management thereof
Branding for events and promotions to ensure visibility of the brand
Creating visibility of internal and external marketing events and activations
Assist with developing collateral to support marketing activities and campaigns
Draw up a comprehensive promotions and events plan
Drive the promotions and events function to ensure successful measurable campaigns
Maintain brand identity/ be the custodian of the brand
Create and maintain relationships with agencies and vendors (briefing of artwork and promotional items, promotions and events)
Manage the activations agency – their spend and outputs


Requirements:
Matric
Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Marketing and or events qualification
At least three years' experience in events, promotions and activations
Drivers licence
Time management
Relationship management
Project management
Negotiation skills
Campaign management
Budget management
Assist with advertising requirements
