VERY URGENT MARKETING & SALES MANAGER position available at a HEALTHCARE FACILITY in Qatar.
ARAB SPEAKING Candidates currently in QATAR or in GCC countries and available to start as soon as possible are invited to apply.

Package
Unlimited Contract.
Compensation Package:
The total monthly salary is distributed as follows:
• Basic Salary. 20 000 - 30 000 QAR based on experience and qualifications.
• Housing
• Transportation: QR 1250 per month transportation allowance OR return transportation from the accommodation to place of work provided..
Additional benefits offered:
• Annual leave: 30 calendar days per year.
• Public holidays: As per Qatar labor law.
• Flight tickets: Economy class ticket for the employee & sponsored family members to home country.
• Medical Insurance: Comprehensive private medical insurance for the employee.
• End of service benefit. 3 Weeks of basic salary as per Qatar labor law.
• Schooling allowance: 35 000 QAR per year ( not per child).
Notice period: 2 months (either side).
Probation period: First 180 consecutive days of employment.

Minimum Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
5 - 10 years experience in an integrated HEALTHCARE marketing environment developing and implementing actionable marketing plans.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. Preferred:Master’s Degree /MBA in related field.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
Not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fully bilingual ARABIC & ENGLISH
SKILLS:
Strong project management skills, including ability to scope and assess requirements in any given situation
• Seasoned client/stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment among key decision makers before proceeding with a plan or campaign.
• Financial and budgeting skills to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints and expenses are tracked accurately
• Outstanding team building and interpersonal skills, in complex team-oriented environments
• Management experience with direct reports,
• High energy professional with ‘can do’ attitude and a team spirit, combined with a great attention to detail and strong professionalism
