• Accountable for planning, defining and implementing marketing and communication strategies to support the launch of a new investment product
• Primary task will be to understand the marketing and communication objectives of different areas in our business and put in place marketing plans to
reach key stakeholders effectively (financial intermediaries, clients, as well as internal stakeholders)
• Required to liaise with different role-players within the business and externally – including business partners – to plan, prioritise and manage
projects effectively and to ensure high-quality delivery that’s on brand and on brief
• Help to define and deliver the communication and experiential elements to support a truly needs-matched

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• tertiary qualification in Communications, Brand Management or Marketing – BComm Communications or Marketing, IMM diploma, Vega Brand School degree or similar
• five and ten years’ experience working in a marketing or brand management role in the financial services space, particularly in the wealth, investment or asset management sector,
and be comfortable working in both traditional and digital marketing media
• Proven marketing strategy and implementation skill
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and implement processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to interact with poise at all levels within the organisation
• Proven strategic marketing experience in an investment, wealth management or asset management business is a strict requirement
• You must be a team player, and flexible enough to wear different hats on different days
• Despite working in a team environment, it is vital that you are a self-starter, who is able to take the initiative and work independently
• You must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure
