Job description
• Act as a focal point for managing external independent marketing Consultant
• Assist in the analysis of the market, trends, customer needs, and development of plans to identify customer solutions and priorities.
• Recruit independent consultants locally, regionally, using convectional and non-convectional recruitment strategies.
• Conduct induction, product, market, operational and presentation skills training to the newly recruited independent consultants.
• Manage independent consultants’ contracts, negotiations, including renewal and terminations.
• Coach, train and mentor consultants continuously, to drive sales, by organising workshops and conferences and ensure the best in class execution across the market.
• Actively grow the market area by following up on leads generated by the independent consultants, develop and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Managing an existing portfolio of existing clients and act as a main point of contact at all times
• Ensure all specific reporting, that will be consolidated from all independent consultants, is done within required time frames
• Initiate and maintain strong links between independent consultants and the head office in order to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues.
• Support Independent Consultants with high profile leads and prospects.
