Salary: R45 000pm CTC

REQUIREMENTS:
Own Vehicle & Valid drivers license
Valid health certificat within 30 days of commencement of employment and must
provide a valid health certificate annually at own cost.
Valid Working at Heights certificate may be required.
Valid ECA certificate.
Valid Wireman’s licence.
Solar Experience Beneficial
Experience in signing off COC's
Experience in installing and maintaining solar electric systems
Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, their components, and the National Electrical Code
Experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to electrical work
Experience with switching LV, MV and HV systems and Lock-out, Tag-out procedure

DUTIES:
Regular reporting to the Project Manager
Check and approve the bill of quantity (BOQ)
Site inspection and site management
Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager and ensure that team follows all health and safety procedures
Provide recommendations and suggestions for the best solution for the client
Manage the solar team (solar electrician and solar installers)
Management of company tools and equipment
Must demonstrate confidence in ability to do testing, trouble shooting and repairs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position may require overnight travel for an extended period, the cost of which will be the company’s responsibility
