Meat Market Trainer - Bloemfontein

Our client in the meat industry requires the service of a meat market trainer to ensure national Meat Market policy and procedures as well as the Food safety and Hygiene procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Key performance areas:

• To quality assess and control convenience foods suppliers
• Efficiently managing the Meat Markets training school
• To provide exception input regarding Meat Markets lay-out and equipment
• To ensure implementation of and adhere to processing and production procedures and policies
• To ensure implementation of and adherence to meat cutting standards, procedures and policies

The successful candidate must have:

• Matric or qualification equivalent to a National Senior certificate
• Butchery qualification
• Minimum 10years Butchery experience Desirable
• Meat Market management experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Cost accounting
• Business management principles
• Financial management principles Desirable
• Manufacturing principles Additional
