Medical Practice Manager (Accounts)

Our client, a busy multi-faceted medical practice, based in Pinelands, seeks to appoint a Practice Manager who will take full control of the day-to-day financial aspects of the Practice. We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a minimum of 5 years experience within a medical practice environment being responsible for the full bookkeeping function to Trial Balance.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience within a medical practice accounts environment.
• An Accounting Diploma will be advantageous.
• Must have sound computer literacy skills (Excel at an Intermediate Level).
• Previous experience on Eminance would be advantageous.
• Experience in managing the full financial control aspect of the Practice.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full financial accounting function for the Practice.
• Responsible for Billing for multi-faceted services rendered per consultation with ICD10 codes.
• Reconciliation of medical aid accounts.
• Reconcile of creditors accounts on weekly and monthly basis.
• Capturing and processing payments to journals.
• Audit of monthly debtors and creditors
• Capturing and processing of petty cash expenses.
• Compile monthly Management Reports.
• Full financial function up to Trial Balance.
