Medical Receptionist (JB663)
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
Salary: R12 - 15 000 per month

This busy practice is seeking an additional Medical Receptionist to join their team to help provide patient and administrative support. Ideally you should be methodical, highly organised and can work in a pressurised environment.
• Telephonic appointment bookings, confirmations and queries
• In person patient meet and greet and COVID questions
• Online information capture, diary and billing e.g. Medemass or Elixir systems
• Dictaphone report typing
• Medical aid authorisations and motivations, submissions and queries
• Day and month ends, medical aid remittances and recons
• Bad debts
• Theatre Lists
• General duties including managing domestic staff, online pick n pay orders for cleaning materials etc.
