Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Relevant experience is required
At least 5-6 years’ experience within a similar post

Duties:
• Providing a professional and friendly approach to patients
• Managing telephonic queries
• Attending to emails received
• Booking appointments on an electronic diary
• Accounts
o Billing
o Accepting cash and card payments
o Crediting accounts when required
o Submitting statements
o Managing petty cash for stock sales e.g. toothbrushes, mouth rinse etc.
• Administration including filing, ordering stock and Secretarial functions for the Doctor

Requirements
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience using Medimass or Elixir preferred
• Pleasant, friendly and engaging personality (warmth)
