Menlo Park, Pretoria: JUNIOR CONVEYANCING TYPIST (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 1 year experience in Property Transfers at a law firm a must (Key requirement – NOT negotiable)
-Must understand the Transfer process and correspondent work
-Computer literate in Lexis Nexis preferred
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Property Transfers documents and all related functions
-General secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 16 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on Transfers experience)
