EFTPOS a division of Paycorp is looking for a Customer Service Agent in the Merchants department.

? Attend to all customer service related queries timeously and ensure that queries are attended to within SLA.
? Ensure that all statement queries are attended to effectively and within agreed upon SLAs.
? Administration of loan terminal reports.
? Administration of manual capability requests.
? Update all merchant details accurately on relevant systems.
? Facilitate merchant’s cancellation process and ensure that POS devices are collected, and relevant systems updated.
? Keep relevant MIS up to date
? Data integrity and system compliance

? Matric
? Completed Accounting Diploma
? Completed customer service course/training
? Min 2 years Card Acquiring/issuing service
? Min 2 years working experience in Card/Merchant Administration
? Familiar with operation of Card and POS devices
? Must have a good understanding of Excel.
