We are looking for a Customer Service agent. 70% is Financial statememts, reporting and analysis. 30% is customer service.

Requirements:
Matric
Bcomm in Finance or Accounting degree
3-5 years experience dealing with Merchants
Banking experience
Card acquiring experience
Excel is a non-negotiable

Responsibilities:
? Attend to all customer service related queries timeously and ensure that
queries are attended to within SLA.
? Ensure that all statement queries are attended to effectively and within
agreed upon SLAs.
? Administration of loan terminal reports.
? Administration of manual capability requests.
? Update all merchant details accurately on relevant systems.
? Facilitate merchant’s cancellation process and ensure that POS devices are
collected, and relevant systems updated.
? Keep relevant MIS up to date
? Data integrity and system compliance
