As a Microsoft Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance to the clients. You will also be required to demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier, must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
Requirements:
• BSc in Computer science
• Microsoft Certification
• 8 years’ experience with Deployment technologies like WDS, MDT and High Availability technologies like storage Backup Hyper-V.
• 8 years’ experience in Storage SAN NAS DAS, Virtualization (Hyper-V), Monolithic, Microkernel, Hyper-V ring Architecture, VHD, AVHDX Merging
• Hyper-V Migration.
• 7 years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, technical support, product development, or I.T. consulting.
• 10 years of industry experience with Microsoft Server products
