Key Responsibilities –Duties will include (but not limited to):
Ongoing D365 BAU Access Requests and Incidents fulfilment and management
Provide 2nd line and 3rd line BAU support
Resolve system security of user permissions in D365 F&O and CE
Prepare UAT scripts for testing and save of testing in Azure DevOps.
Performing performance, functional, integration, and regression testing
Creating tasks, configurable deliverable test plans and detailed test cases using Azure DevOps.
Provide MS D365 Security consultation and development of security role(s) support required
Provide Post Go-Live Support for Project Horizon deployments
MS D365 Security role design/redesigns implementations
Conduct business role security related workshops
Run SOD simulations against role assignments and prior to deployments

Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 2015 or newer
Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics Web API
Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Lifecycle Management

Essential certificates:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365
Business Central Functional Consultant: Associate MB-300
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
