Our client a Cement Manufacturer is looking for a Mill Operator for their plant, they are making use of the new Vertical Roller Mill technology and not the old Ball Mill technology. They are firstly looking for a candidate that has worked as a mill operator in the Cement Manufacturing and secondly the candidate should have experience in operating a Vertical Roller Mill.
You would be Operating and Tending to the Mill, moving controls to start and stop, and adjust the grinding and blending process of the raw materials.
Observing production monitoring equipment to ensure safety and efficient operation.
Read work orders to ascertain production specifications and information.
Tend to accessory equipment, such as pumps and conveyors, to move materials or ingredients through production process.
Collect samples of materials and product for laboratory testing.
Records operational and production data.
