Projects
• Developing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) with all technical suppliers
• Eliminate all oil leaks on machines
• Implement Health and Safety – immediate
• Do weekly technical walkabout/audit for first 3 months – immediate
• Continuous improvement – cost saving, efficiency, etc – immediate
• Monthly meetings with department minuted – first month
• Monthly technical report – first month
• Testing of all pressure vessels

Progress
