Asset management and optimisation Continuous improvement 1) Carry the MHSA 2.13.1 legal appointment. In terms of this appointment you are hereby appointed to be in general charge of all Mechanical and Electrical installations, which includes design, installation, and maintenance, within your area of responsibility
2) Be involved and sign off of all Risk Assessment Processes. 3) Assist in drafting, reviewing and implementation of mandatory COP's. 4) Assist with the drafting, reviewing and implementations of SOP's which are in line with the approved COP's. 5) Participate in reviewing PTO's and make recommendations on the same. 6) To sign off on all employee and Contractors personnel files to ensure compliance with COP and SOP training, Safety inductions, medicals and competency of Mine Personnel. 7) All training for the above is in place and conducted and register are kept and signed off. 8) Participate in Monthly Safety Committee meetings as well as incident and accident investigations. 9) Ensure together with the HSE Department that the TMM COP is in place at all times and implemented accordingly. 10) Inspection and sign off on all new Mining Equipment that are introduced to the Mining Project. 11) Ensure we comply with all DMR regulations. 12) Ensure that all mobile equipment as per our TMM COP are fitted with PDS and CAS Systems. 1) Ensure maintenance plans are in place for all Mining equipment. 2) Ensure that maintenance plans are in place for all Contractor equipment. 3) Ensure that all planned maintenance is up to date and appropriate records are kept on site at all times. 4) Ensure that spare parts for all equipment is available at all times. 5) Be responsible for the safe installation and proper operation, running and maintenance of all machinery.

SOP will be provided 7) Security of all of the assets must be maintained and improved on at all times 8) Any other matter as required by management deemed appropriate related to your work.
