• Degree or Technikon Diploma in Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous Mining)
• Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency
• Mine Health and Safety Act (3.1) appointment
• 8 Years' relevant experience, preferably 3 year’s managerial experience
