We are seeking to employ a well presented Mixologist with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mixologist in luxury branded establishments.

Liquid Chef experience and skills required.

Exceptional knowledge of cocktails and ability to make create new recipes/cocktails, Ability to train staff.

Providing a memorable experience at all times.

Stock and staff Management.

Must be fluent in English and be fully computer literate.

Salary R 6 000 - R 8 000 live-out

Medical Aid & Provident Fund after 6 months.
