You will be responsible for:
The Leads strategy – outsourcing & create leads; brand awareness via approved media channels, face-to-face, networking and Leads referrals
Assistance with customer enrolments and queries

Minimum Educational requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English language are essential, both written and oral
Other African language advantageous

Requirements of the role:
Achieve the minimum leads expectations.
Always be present at the assigned and designated territory.
Always generate leads and awareness for all our products
Always attend our Product Knowledge, Field Lead Briefing Statement, Lead Objection Handling Statement, Product Knowledge Assessments
Ensure that all exhibition areas are set-up and maintained as per the guidelines.
Ensure that all company rules and regulations are adhered to, not limited to such as health & safety guidelines etc.
Identify leads-generating opportunities, such as new territories etc.
Build a strong relationship with our internal and external stakeholders.
Always attend our arranged set sessions, such as update meetings etc.
Always drive and adhere to our Vision, Mission & Values.
Always keep abreast of the latest communication, changes and updates regarding company rules and guidelines.
Always use company-approved resources such as brochures, when creating awareness and generating leads or dealing with customer queries.
Always comply with all regulatory requirements such as POPIA etc.
Ensure that all leads reports are validated and received timeously.
Always discuss your personal development plan (PDP) with your line manager and ensure that your personal development plan document is documented and reviewed.
