The successful candidate must have a passion for mobile app marketing across multiple mediums on a global scale and drive channel growth across various acquisition channels/mediums and product development and enhancements to maximise marketing opportunities to support acquisition marketing.

 

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Lead a team of App marketers in the marketing for 15+ global iGaming brands.
Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day functions relating to the division.
Develop best in-class ASO strategies across target App Stores including App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android) includingLocalisation to ensure optimal conversion in each region.
Expand and optimise ASO strategies.
Collaborate with the Design teams to create effective assets for the Apps.
Create, monitor, and adapt data-driven strategies working with BI Teams.
Create a strategic roadmap for A/B testing & MVT.
Manage workflows covering keywords ranking & conversion rate optimization, managing requirements for designs, content, localization, and A/B Testing
You will be responsible for growing brand apps organically, on target Stores.Maintain and evolve the company’s ASO strategy and internal workflows.
Monitor the performance & own the reporting function of our App Store marketingTrack pre-defined KPIs and analyse performance.
Perform competitors research to gain market insights and identify new opportunities.
Work with internal stakeholders and lead processes end-to-end
Ensuring all projects are managed properly and guiding the team towards growth & expansion into more opportunities.
Performing regular reviews and strategy sessions with stakeholders.
Identifying gaps in processes and implementing new strategies.
Ensuring processes are in place for both daily, long term and emergency jobs as well as training and development.
Ensure the team is equipped with the required training, and have access to the relevant tools and software to deliver on expected tasks.
Lead our ASO and Organic Growth team
Work with the internal teams onBuild all related tools, reports, alerts.
Martech integrations to supports growth across organic and/or paid channels.
Support Communication strategy for brands E.g. Reviews/Comments/Ratings, Messaging, product release/update.
Driving the consistency of all HR related processes with the assistance of HRBP’s, e.g. Interviews, on boarding, probation management, performance management, change management etc

Essential Criteria:

Tertiary Qualification in Marketing and/or similar
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mobile and/or app marketing
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
Great understanding of the algorithms that power the App Store & Google Play Store
Experience with keywords optimization and A/B Testing
Experience in Data analysis
Desirable Criteria:

iGaming/Financial Industry Experience
Experience with ASO & SEO Tools, such as: App consoles, Mobile Action, Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Keyword Planner, Google trends etc
Paid app acquisition experience.
Digital, ASA or mobile media experience
Sales / Copywriting experience
Driving app updates that influence marketing capabilities like SDK integrations that expand marketing reach.
Strong numerical skills, Strong skills in data software I.e. fluent in Excel, knowledge of market insights tools like Sensor Tower, AppTweak, App Annie
Great understanding of the algorithms that power the App Store & Google Play Store
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across several teams.
Ability to work in a performance driven environment.
Strategic thinker with an drive for innovation and growth
Solid understanding of tracking, principles across the various stores and external to stores.
