Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Proficiency in multi African languages preferred
-Matric / Grade 12
-Registered as a Debt Counsellor with NCR
-Debt Counselling experience a must
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Debt Counselling and Debt Advisory
-Liaising with clients about their initial debt situation.
-Assessing clients’ monthly income and expenditure.
-Working with clients to determine priority payments.
-Consistently updating clients as their application evolves and their situation changes.
-Following up late payments/paperwork with clients.
-Monitor monthly DC installments and report on default payments.
-Accurately maintain multiple clients' applications.
-Follow all NCA and NCR regulations regarding the debt review application.
-Assist the company to maintain its quality control and quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with the National Credit act and National credit.
Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 14 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on Debt Counselling experience)
