Our client based in Western Cape (Ysterplaat) is Africa's leading one-stop supplier to the sign, digital print, packaging, textile and graphics-related industries in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. They are looking for a National Asset Controller to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
Creating Pastel Purchase orders
Ordering from several suppliers both overseas and local
Creating back-order lists for shipments and keeping the business informed when stock will be available
Monitoring stock levels across a wide range of products and ordering in time so that business is never without the necessary inventory
Creating GRVs and GNs when the goods arrive
Arranging and liaising with outside parties for all sea and airfreight
Interbranch transfers
Arranging local delivery of both small and large shipments to customers and our own branches
Stores to always be neat and tidy with special attention paid to expiring stock. Inform the business about expiring stock levels
Overall responsibility for the facilities and assets – ensures well looked after
Using forklift to load/ offload shipments
