Nationwide Company (Head office based in Cape Town) is seeking a National Franchise Development Manager.
Must have experience in developing and looking after franchises, for example (Restaurants or Retail franchises)
Will be looking after existing franchises and growing and developing franchises.
The following tasks and objectives will be an advantage:
Developing and growing franchises.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Increasing client base (franchises)
Having an in-depth knowledge of franchising
Writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Must have a clear criminal record, ITC & traceable references.
Salary R25 000 - R30 000 plus incentives & benefits (petrol card, laptop and cell phone)
