RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced NATIONAL SALES MANAGER for a large growing manufacturing national concern – position based between the Pietermaritzburg and Johannesburg branches.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Code 08 valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
English speaking (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
Relevant qualifications essential.
Strong management skills - mentor and guide sales team.
Previous experience in a similar position is essential (previous manufacturing industry experience not essential).
Industry support and training provided.
Person will be required to travel extensively on a national basis.
Would only suit a very strong, dynamic, self-driven, motivated, and energetic, ‘think-out-of-the-box’ type of person.
Must have the qualities of dynamic, proactive leader – researching the market, comparing competition and increasing company exposure successfully.
Must be a strong team player, goal driven, target driven, analytically minded, proactive, excellent negotiator (pricing negotiations).
Well connected and well established individual within a sales management role.
