NAV Administrator:
Works closely with IT Department to understand the upcoming changes and their impact on the set-up

Is responsible for system configuration in line with changes done by the IT department, incl.: MS Dynamics NAV & 3rd party modules within it, interface management.

Acts as a link between IT and the end users - informing them about upcoming changes.
Creates quality user manuals & provides system training on basic and new functionality.
Provides 1st line supports for end users.

Administers the system, incl.: monitoring the system's operational performance on a daily basis, by checking job logs and resolving errors; user management.

Requirements
Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in the role of supervisor or administrator of MS Dynamics NAV 2016.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team (Business Analysts, Process Developers, IT developers and Finance controllers and operational departments).
Experience with planning and coordinating functionality testing.
Eagerness to learn and flexibility to adapt.
Good communication skills, to be able to support business users and act as a bridge between operations and IT departments.
Fluent communication in the English language - as in this role you will frequently have the opportunity to work with colleagues from other countries.

Experience in the area of transport or accounting would be advantageous.

Key roles and responsibilities are expected to be:

• NAV master item list administration
• NAV adoption/usage management
• NAV workflow and design implementation
• Liaise with IT when required.
• NAV Report Generation
• NAV user requirements list generation
• 1st Line NAV support
