This position is responsible for the selling all our FMCG products, the development of lasting business relationships, and assisting with the coordination of service provision for our company.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

To function as the primary marketing/sales contact to all businesses located in the assigned area/s that would potentially utilize one or multiple services provided by Our Company.
Collaboratively develop and execute sales plans that support the strategic initiatives of the organization, promotes key programs, products and services, develops and maintains consistent contact and retention activities.
Prospect new growth opportunities by processing customer feedback, studying industry trends, accessing needs and opportunities in order to facilitate customer reliance and satisfaction along with program growth and refinement.
Provide extraordinary client support by addressing customer concerns, complaints, and needs in a timely manner through personal attention and involving all necessary parties in the resolution process.
Effectively utilizes all forms of multimedia in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
Maintains a superior level of professional accountability via continuous self-performance appraisal, establishing sales metrics relating to cold calls, customer satisfaction, customer awareness and utilization of services, and sales trends.
To develop and maintain the brand by facilitating trusted relationship between the clients of Our Company and the team of providers within Our Company.

Required Minimum Experience

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the sales field

Depth of knowledge and proven success in sales and account management.
Personal traits of high-level commitment, motivation, positivity and energy.
Excels in a collaborative work style.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience using digital tools and sales tracking software.
Ability to work in a large geographically diverse system and willingness to travel regionally
Able to acquire a knowledge and understanding of the services provided with application to those services to a diverse business setting.
