MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify potential areas/venues for business opportunity in the field of foreign exchange and money transfer
• Evaluate site in order to identify and analyze risk, footprint, branch layout, etc.
• Liaise with landlords and property agents for branch leasing
• Negotiate branch leasing contracts
• Plan and coordinate branch floor plan/ layout
• Responsible for branch equipment set up such as phone, computer connections, counters, lighting, etc, within budget
• Ensure branches are set up and operational as per agreed deadline
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management
• Problem solving for all day to day related rollout issues
• Prepare draft rollout project plan
• Inform all management about planned rollout activities (landlord, service provider)
• Coordinate and ensure availability of pre-installed equipment
• Ensure smooth rollout and solve any related problems / issues
• Planning of resources within the rollout
• Organize and lead the Service Provider according to rollout plan
• Reporting of rollout KPI’s

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• 7 years of relationship management experience
• 7 years of cost and risk management experience
• At least 7 years project planning, reporting and processes experience
• At least 7 years branch/shop fitting experience
