Field sales experience will be beneficial.
Fully computer literate.
Excellent telephonic and face-to-face customer skills.
Must be presentable.
Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
Must be self-driven, motivated, innovative, and a team player.
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport are essential.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Achieve monthly / annual sales targets.
Manage sales pipeline and develop new Prospects.
Report accurately on sales activities on CRM and to the Sales Manager.
Develop and maintain the existing customer base.
Customer relationship building includes but is not limited to customer visits.
Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Cross-sell products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
