Our client believes in unlocking the potential of South African youth, through creating inclusive & relevant pathways to software engineering jobs to unemployed South African youth. The company launched in 2016 and has successfully opened two campuses in Johannesburg
& Cape Town, where they train more than 400 youth to code for free in partnership with corporate sponsors. We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to generate funding for this organisation and secure internship and permanent employment placements for students and graduates respectively.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate person who believes in the vision of developing the South African Youth and is able to market it to potential partners. The individual we are looking for is self motivated and able to operate independently to achieve results.
? Identifying strategic opportunities for funding partnership with various stakeholders
? Design sponsorship and partnership models with various stakeholders to collect funding for the company
? Generate and convert leads with potential sponsors of the company students
? Establish, maintain and nurture relationships with our stakeholders
? Match students to internships and work placements with sponsors
? Liaise between stakeholders and students during student interview and placement processes
? Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design & implement efficient tools for business process execution and monitoring.
