REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum qualification requirement is Grade 12.

* Field sales experience will be beneficial.

* Fully computer literate.

* Excellent telephonic and face-to-face customer skills.

* Must be presentable.

* Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.

* Must be self-driven, motivated, innovative, and a team player.

* Valid driver's license and own reliable transport are essential.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

* Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

* Manage sales pipeline and develop new prospects.

* Report accurately on sales activities on CRM and to the Sales Manager.

* Customer relationship building includes but is not limited to customer visits.

* Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

* Cross-sell products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
