Sales Representative Waste Services Industry Boksburg, East Rand Johannesburg Gauteng

Our client in the Waste Disposal Services Industry or Hygiene disposal services is looking for a Sales Representative sourcing New Business in the East Rand of Johannesburg Boksburg Area. This person will work closely with our sales team who will support you in developing our customer base. Your main task will be to develop our customer base to companies that will use waste disposal skips.

Salary is Negotiable depends on experience + petrol, cell & Commission

Duties
• Sourcing New and exciting Business – Waste Management Disposal Services or Hygiene Services
• Visiting potential customers per a fixed appointment schedule to obtain
• Appointment schedules are set up in advance with the correct decision makers after the appointments are confirmed by the dedicated employees within the sales department
• Presenting quotations, proposals and/ or solutions to potential customers

Requirements
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and margin growth – new business
• Target driven, self-motivated and a will to succeed
• Manages new customers’ onboarding and satisfaction
• Continuously puts the needs of prospects and customers at the forefront of their decision making
• Preparing periodic customer activity reports to assist with sales forecasting
• Responsible for the smooth transition of new accounts to our customer retention department
• Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customers by working closely with an experienced Sales Manager and offering support
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Sage CRM or other sales software packages
• Log customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
