Our client is looking for a Super Star New Car Sales Manager. The market, in general, is tough so he is looking for an experienced, high energy Manager who will always offer peak performance from himself and his team. You will need to drive sales, think out of the box in terms of promotions and marketing and offer workable solutions to problem areas. The dealership is currently performing well but, in these times, you need to do better. A minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience is required, with a provable track record (commission sheets to accompany CV) and a good head for business.
