• Liaise between patients, doctors and ward personnel

• Client satisfaction

• All general nursing duties

Applicants for this position must :

• Proof of Registration as a Registered Nurse with SANC.

• A Post basic diploma in Neonatal Nursing Science or experience would be an advantage.

• Private hospital experience in NICU is essential.

• Strong customer focus while maintaining excellent standard and service levels.

• Willingness to work shifts and/or night duty and other departments on a rotational basis.

• Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication.
