Night Auditor | Sabi Sands Game Reserve | 5 Star Lodge

We are currently looking for a NIGHT AUDITOR to join this luxury 5 star lodge located on the banks of the Sabi River and providing breath-taking views of the river and wildlife in their natural habitat. The lodge consists of 9 luxurious suites, each located in an utterly private spot overlooking the river. Here guest are treated to an ultimate African Luxury experience. The luxurious suites give guest an opportunity to escape from daily routine for a moment.

As ideal candidate you will have:

Matric qualification
Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite)
Excellent Communication and math skills
2+ years’ experience in customer service and hospitality
Strong eye for detail
Good problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Responsibilities for the Night Auditor:

Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
Respond to guest complaints, request and emergencies
Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
Schedule guest wake up calls and reservations for the following day
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
Answer phones and place reservations
Salary package:
