MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Must have matric/graded 12 or equivalent.
• Hospitality qualification would be advantageous.
• Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Night Auditor including Front Desk experience.
• Proficient in Apex and Eres.
• Attention to detail.
• Night Shift.
• Problem solving skills.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To support the execution of guest / general ledger impacted processes during the night and to perform auditing and accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and reporting and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensures that audits are completed correctly and on time, in line with auditing procedures.
• Posts all transactions on a regular basis to ensure that bills are kept up-to-date.
• Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
• Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.
• Monitors all levies that apply, ensuring that levies are current, collected and/or accrued.
• Knowledge of the Gross Revenue Report.
• Knowledge and proficiency with write off procedures in accordance with Company Policies
• Provides information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Manages time well and possesses strong organizational skills.
• Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise well-organized way.
• Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.
• Experience in cash handling
