Qualifications

Matric or equivalent;
Certificate in Logistics Management would be advantageous

Experience

- At least 3 years’ experience within despatching and loading goods.
- Computer literacy essential
- Experience in people management

Responsibilities
.
• Manage damages and theft
• Enforce safety and housekeeping programme on an on-going basis
• Supervise approx. 6 staff members (Pickers), double check system
• Manage, Plan and do sequencing of Routes
• Manage Occupational Health and Safety in the team
• Manage and control of the Food safety requirements in the loading team
• To perform one (1) stock per month
• Must be willing to work overtime as and when required
• Facilitate the loading process per route per truck
