Night Shift Team Leader - Bellville
We are looking for a NIGHT SHIFT Team Leader to lead, develop and manage highly technical customer support engineers to deliver services according to SLA's and project deliverables. This is foremost a leadership position, but the engineers are highly technical and requires and understanding of the nature of the work to able to guide and direct effectively. We are looking for a pro-active, hands on leader that will lead the team to becoming a next level customer centric, pro-active use of whitespace, winning together one team focused team.
The WORKING HOURS for the role are NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Sundays to Thursdays
21H00 – 06H00
Office hour leadership meetings and requirements will be agreed as part of the role.
Required essential Knowledge/Skills:
Minimum 5 years leadership experience
Minimum 8 years’ experience working in IT.
Strong technical background.
IT related degree or diploma and MCSE/MCITP, VCP, CCA, ITIL foundation will be an advantage.
