Nurse Clinical Advisor – Johannesburg Gauteng

Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Nurse Clinical Advisor for a permanent position in Sandton, Johanensburg, Gauteng. This is a call-centre based nurse delivering care and clinical support and advice through virtual consultations with consumers over the phone, and in the near future, in person as well. Motivated, committed, and collaborative individual who is inspired by working together within a call team for improved consumer outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

We are looking for a consumer-centric nurse who enjoys working in a call centre environment
• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Working experience in medical trainings – in pharma, healthcare, or medical devices – is advantageous
• Must permanently reside in or near Johannesburg
• Computer Literate
• Passionate about customer service, educating the consumers and customer satisfaction

Duties:

• Conduct virtual consultation for clinical recommendations
• Provide services as required at the office-based clinic
• Provide education on ostomy and continence products, and care routines to current and potential users
• Refer face-to-face consultations to company nurses
• Support case management with renewal of scripts and updated PMB forms
• Provide marketing team with relevant insights learned from consumer interactions
• Review clinical competencies of the consumer team and support upskilling accordingly
• Define escalation protocols and other key tools for improved value proposition to users
