Requirements:
• You will be responsible for driving and implementing the nursing function within the specialized nursing units.
• Degree / Diploma in Nursing & current registration with SANC
• Formal post-basic qualification in a specialized area.
• Post-graduate qualification and or a Master's degree will be advantageous
• 5 years of proven leadership and management experience this includes the understanding of relevant legislation and regulations relating to the healthcare industry and the nursing profession (e.g. Nursing Act ) (R158) Comprehension of the private healthcare funding model in RSA.
