Our client in Port Elizabeth is looking for a driven Nursing Manager for their large private hospital consisting of +-300 beds, to take over the management and coordination of nursing functions within the hospital. The successful candidate will lead clinical nursing and continuous improvement activities and should have a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• B.Cur / Diploma in Nursing
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Administration
• Registered with SANC
• 5+ years’ experience as a Nursing Manager essential
• Understanding of business principles and a commercial orientation
• Advanced communication skills
• Prior experience within a private hospital preferred
