RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced NURSING STANDARDS MANAGER for a large medical organization. Position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license.
Relevant Post-Graduate Qualification in Nursing or equivalent.
Registered with SANC as Registered Nurse.
Substantial clinical experience in area of specialty, including 5yrs+ previous nursing experience.
English speaking person (read, write, speak).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Ability to support and maintain budget management processes.
A sound understanding of information technology including clinical systems, applications relevant to the management of rostering and risk management reporting.
Ability to identify opportunities for process redesign and to support / train staff.
Understanding care standards and accreditation processes.
Private hospital experience would be advantageous.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
