Our client in the Occupational Health Industry is seeking a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing their sales team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
3 – 5 years of experience in a leadership position
3 – 5 Years’ experience in sales related role Valid Driver’s License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies Experience in customer relationship management Experience managing and directing a sales team

Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Implementing growth strategies, digital marketing strategies for the sales team.
Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on the lead generation.
The ongoing training and mentoring of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Attend key account meetings and training sales team on how to run effective meetings.

Renumeration:
R30 000 – R35 000 CTC
