Our client isa service provider of quality certification and cold chain management services for producers and exporters of perishable food products. The purpose of this role is to implement change management and organizational development solutions focusing on innovative and holistic change management programmes; organizational design processes; employee engagement; and culture awareness to create a workplace that reflects the company values and enables the organization to achieve its objectives.
To implement fit for purpose Organizational Development solutions while building positive, value-added relationships with key stakeholders including business unit heads and Human Capital.
To leverage organizational diagnostic tools and develop solutions to support effective organizational development, change management and decision-making.
To advise the business units on organization design related issues and facilitate implementation of organisational frameworks.
To serve as the change subject matter expert on business unit transformation/change initiatives ensuring high levels of leadership sponsorship, minimal impact to business performance and maximum speed to business benefits realization.
To develop and implement organizational change management and communication strategies and plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
To facilitate with leadership and advise on faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency regarding the changes impacting employees in the organization to achieve business objectives.
Job and Requirements
Change management certification (Prosci, Lean Change Management)
Professional membership in a Human Capital association
Progressive experience in a position responsible for developing and implementing change management and organization development programmes 8 – 10 years
Experience in implementing organizational design, change management and employee engagement frameworks and tools, including talent and performance management
Experience designing and implementing programmes and strategies to support change management, organizational development, and organizational culture transformation.
Experience in agile methodology environment
Exposure to large scale workplace digitalization projects (e.g., ERP, Modern Workplace, In – house systems)
An understanding of employee engagement that is beyond the theoretical and can demonstrate it with practical examples of how to improve it in the workplace.
An understanding of Change Management, Organizational Design and Development principles and concepts
Understanding of Project Management principles and concepts
Knowledge of local labour laws
Understanding of Operating models
Knowledge of New World of Work
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (O365 including MS Teams)
Report writing skills inclusive of data reporting
Facilitation and presenting Skills
Organisational Development and Design
Storytelling and drafting of key messages
Stakeholder management skills
Project Management skills
