We are urgently looking for a Office Manager to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in our Richards Bay Office.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Main Activities:
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff
• Managing office budgets
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
• Maintain and replenish inventory
Education and Experience
• relevant office administration qualification
• +10 years working experience (workshop experience will be an added advantage)
• computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
• knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
• knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
• knowledge of principles and practices of office management
