RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced OFFICE / ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Accounting qualification an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable transport.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills. Working experience on Sage Pastel Partner.
General office duties e.g. answering incoming calls, receiving and distribution of mail, filing of documents, etc.
Personal Assistant to management.
Debtors and creditors (full function).
Maintain an orderly accounting system of debtors and creditors.
Debt collection and liaison with attorneys.
Liaison with estate agents and potential clients.
Knowledge of lease agreements and property letting (commercial and residential).
Knowledge of labour laws and administration requirements for submissions of workmen’s compensation, IOD, UI19’s, disciplinary procedures, CCMA, etc.
