Cost to Company:
Client has advised that the CTC will be based on the skills and experience the successful person can bring to the position.

Location:
Honeydew – Roodepoort (Preference will be given to applicants living in the area and surrounds).

Position Overview:
Our client is looking an Office Administrator to assist with the daily operational and commercial duties.

Qualifications:
? Matric/Grade 12 - a Secretarial/Office Administration qualification will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to;
? Manage communication channels within the office; manage phone calls, email, letters etc.
? Prepare Tender documents from initial proposal until final sign off.
? Ensure all projects are tracked accordingly, this includes costing, procurement etc.
? Assist with bookkeeping duties on Patel.
? Update company records and database as required.
? Planning and booking of travel for the management team.
? Assist fellow colleagues where necessary.
? All office related tasks-
o Collating monthly Debtors/Creditors.
o Generating PO’s and expediting the same.
o Expediting orders and shipping thereof.
o Co-ordinate driver route schedules, ensuring deliveries and collections are actioned as planned.
o Ensure office supplies are always tracked and on hand.
o Daily filling of relevant paperwork.

Required Skills and Experience:
? Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience required.
? Excellent Knowledge of MS Office – with a strong track record of working with Excel.
? Strong Organisational and time management skills.
? Strong communication skills – both written and spoken.
? Must be able to work in a calm, professional manner and can perform under pressure when required.
? Attention to detail.
? Must display initiative when faced with a challenge.
? Must be able to adapt to evolving office procedures and requirements.
? Driver’s license – own transport will be advantageous.
