Our national moving/relocations client in Centurion Gauteng is looking for a young and energetic female office administrator receptionist with 2 years plus experience with office administration.
Requirements
Matric
Admin Certificate a bonus
Office administration experience of 2-3 years
Internal Sales bookings experience a bonus
Receptionist experience
Excel experience essential
MS word and computer literate
Responsibilities
General Office Administration duties
Internal Sales bookings experience a bonus
Receptionist and taking messages for management and other staff where needed
Communication between departments to order stationary and other office stock
General assistance with making bookings for sales reps to go see clients
PA – assist the management with bookings of flights and accommodation
Adhoc Administrative tasks
Assist with quotes – training to be provided
Communication between sales reps and clients via emailing or follow ups
